We worry about the absorption of the second phase village fund will be smaller, because of the time that is approaching the end of the year,
Tanjung, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Secretary of Tabalong Community Development and Village Government Board Zahirsyah Manuar said 104 villages have already submitted village first phase fund accountability.


"Villages that have submitted accountability for first stage village fund further proposed the second phase fund," explained Zahirsyah.

There are 121 villages in the most northern district of South Kalimantan province obtained the first phase funds each for Rp1 billion.

According to Head of Tabalong Finance and Treasury Management Agency and Regional wealth (BPKKD) Subqi the rest of the second phase village fund from the state budget in 2016 reached 40 percent, while 60 percent has entered the local treasury.

"We worry about the absorption of the second phase village fund will be smaller, because of the time that is approaching the end of the year," said Subqi.

Previously the first phase village fund from the statebudget which has entered the regional treasury Rp45,2 billion from a total of Rp74,3 billion.

Subqi added delay of the disbursement of the second phase from the center is also related to revision of Regent Tabalong decree No. 51/2014 on the management of village finances.

The revised regents regulation is to adapt the policy of the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration.
