Barabai, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Central Hulu Sungai (HST) Police have vaccinated 3,934 residents of the district as part of the national campaign of mass COVID-19 vaccination on Saturday (June 26, 2021).
HST Police Chief Adj Sr Comr (AKBP) Danang Widaryanto through Head of PR First Insp. (Iptu) Soebagio said that the vaccination was held at six different places, namely HST Police Headquarters, Murakata Building courtyard, PDAM HST office hall, Pandawan Police office, PT Darma Kalimantan Jaya, and Haliau Village office using Sinovac vaccine.
"Actually 4,350 people attended at these six locations, however after health checks, only 3,934 people met the requirements to be vaccinated and 416 people were delayed," he said.

The vaccination was held in collaboration with the Health Office and the nearest community health center (puskesmas). "There are 14 vaccinators from the Health Office who help with the process of vaccination," he said.
Of 416 vials of the Sinovac vaccine provided, 389,4 vials were used and the remaining 26.6 vials were stored in the Pharmacy Warehouse of the HST Health Office.
The vaccination in the support of the government's program of one million vaccines per day was directly controlled by the Regional Observer Officer (Pamatwil) Sr Comr Zulkifli Ismail.
"The enthusiasm of community was high enough to be willing to be vaccinated, even though our target was only 1,500 residents, but almost four thousand people came," he said.
