Tanjung, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Tabalong District Government has implemented four smart city services during the COVID-19 pandemic as a form of seriousness in providing services to the community.
Tabalong Regent Anang Syakhfiani said that the four service programs were a solution to maintain public services, social life activities, and people's economic productivity to continue amid the corona outbreak.
One of which was migration filtration by building guard posts at five points of the border between districts and inter provinces, namely East and Central Kalimantan.
The other two were the launch of wearing musk obligation (Waker), and Rukun Tetangga to support the response to COVID-19 in the district.
When COVID-19 cases surged in Indonesia, the government encouraged online food delivery services by empowering motorcycle drivers (ojek) to reduce the mobility of residents. This online service was then widely used by Tabalong residents.
Currently, Tabalong and South Hulu Sungai (HSS) are in the yellow zone or low risk of spreading COVID-19. The recovery rate (in Tabalon) is 700 people and 10 people are in treatment.
