Fortunately, the traffic police on guard came and immediately secured the perpetrator of mass rioting and brought him to the Banjarmasin Police headquarters to be submitted to the Criminal Investigation Unit.
The perpetrator admitted grab bag of a woman who was riding a motorcycle by stalking her before. But victim do not give up. She boldly pursued the perpetrator.
For the efforts of victim, known as Rina, Banjarmasin Police plan to gave her an award.
"We will pay tribute to the victim because of her efforts managed to thwart the crime," said Sr. Wahyono who has served as Deputy Director of the Traffic of Polda Metro Jaya or Jakarta Regional Police.
