Tanjung, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) distrik Adaro has donated 84 sacrificial animals, namely 28 cows and 56 goats.
PT PAMA Site Adaro's CSR Manager Ono Karno said, the sacrificial animal was then distributed to villages at the ring1 or around the company's operational areas, namely to Islamic boarding schools and orphanages in Tabalong, Balangan (South Kalimantan) and Barito Timur (Central Kalimantan).
It is not like the previous year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the distribution of sacrificial livestock was direct to the beneficiaries.
"The donation of sacrificial animals is a form of care and togetherness from the management, employees, trade union, Baitul Mal Amanah PAMA/BMAP and PT Pamapersada work partners," said Ono Karno.
He hoped these sacrificial animals to benefit the community who received them, so they can celebrate Idul Adha 1441 H.
"We also ask for your prayers for those who sacrifice and the smooth activities of PAMA," Ono said.
PT PAM is a contractor engaged in coal and mineral mining which is incorporated in the Astra Group which has a high commitment to the implementation of social and environmental responsibility. It won the Best Indonesia Green Award in 2019.
