Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Banjarmasin Water Police Unit secures dozens of jerry cans of diesel fuel from a longboat enroute Banjarmasin - Catur - Tambang, Kapuas District, Central Kalimantan.
It begin, said Chief of Banjarmasin Water Police Unit AKP Untung Wibowo said, when police making an arrest a drug dealer kind of koplo (lexotan), a citizen of Catur, Kapuas District.
"The suspect we arrested at the vessel, but at the moment officers saw dozens of jerry cans of diesel oil," he said here on Sunday.
When officers asked the diesel ownership documents, no one could show, that the diesel fuel secured.
According to Untung, the drug dealer carred hundreds of koplo types Zenit and dozens of bottles of alcohol. He secured along with 40 jerry cans of diesel fuel (1,315 liters).
"We also secured the longboat skipper, because he claimed as owner of tens of jerry cans of diesel fuel," said Untung.
Ship owners threatened with Gas Law Article 53 letters A and B with the threat of three years in prison. While drug dealer can be charged under the Health Act Section 197 by the threat of a maximum of 15 years in prison.
