Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, 25/7 (Antaranews) - Some employees of a private bank complain about their fate in writing to the City Government (Pemko) of Banjarmasin that over the past five years they never received Idul Fitri allowance (THR).

Indeed, she said, there are about seven employee representatives claimed to work in one division in the banking sector, came to the post of THR complaint to conveyed their fate already five years of work have never received THR.

In addition to banking employees, there are also other complaints go to the post THR from industry employees, but through the phone and it also still needs to be followed up.

Lefina stated, this office will follow up complaints with the first step sent a circular letter to the company on the obligation to pay THR not late that seven days before Idul Fitri, according the Labor Law.

If only the workers who have complained have not received THR until Idul Fitri, technically it will be followed up with penalty to the company could be administrative penalties up to revocation of operating licenses or be prosecuted.

THR is one worker's right that company must fulfill. Workers who have one year of work obtain a month salary as THR bonus, while workers under one year will be paid in proportion and it applies both permanent and contract workers.
