Around 11:30 a.m., dozens of masses of the Native Kalimantan Youth Movement (GEPAK) came to the Regent's office using a pickup car, Monday (29/7).
Without speeches and yells, around 30 GEPAK members spread banners. One of which said "We believe our Regent is a great and brave person who also has his own policies".
Others read "We Are Ready to Help Our Leader the Current HST Regent", and "Make the City of Barabai the City of Faith Free from Corruption" and "Save Meratus".
Finally, six GEPAK representatives were allowed to enter and meet the regent in the office auditorium.
Action coordinator Rohyadi conveyed their aim was only a friendship visit (silaturahmi) and to show support to the performance of the regent and not to get pressure from any party.
"We ask that the regent to break the chain of corruption and not to buy and sell positions in filling or transferring employees, as well as continuing to reject coal mining and related to filling in the vice regent candidates," he said.
They also questioned the photo of the inactive regent who was still installed at the District Hospital of H Damanhuri Barabai.
Responding to that, Regent Chairansyah reminded, that GEPAK, if only to stay in touch and express opinions, there was no need to make a report to make a rally. This actually made it difficult for the police ranks.
"We are always open to anyone who wants to visit and meet with the office, it doesn't need to be like this. We also thank you for your support," Chairansyah said.

He explained, the regent was a political position, there must be someone who likes and dislikes, but he considers it normal and does not feel any pressure from any party.
"Regarding corruption cases, development issues have now received assistance from the Prosecutors Office through the Regional Development Watch Team (TP4D), so it is very unlikely that this will happen," he said.
The issue of filling positions, is in accordance with the rules and through the existing mechanism, so it is not available in the HST Regency selling and buying positions.
Related to Meratus is the commitment and promise of its government to reject coal mines and this will continue to be maintained.
"If the problem of filling out candidates, currently we are still proceeding at the bearer party level and the photo problem is actually we are not too concerned, but we are still coordinating with the relevant government working organization (OPD)," he said.
The silaturahmi was ended with a photo with the ranks of the HST Regency Government with the GEPAK mass.
