72 stands enlivened the Ramadan Bazaar held at the yard of the South Kalimantan Regional Police. All items are sold cheaper than the normal price on the market.

Lasted for two days, the low-price market was opened by South Kalimantan Deputy Police Chief Brigadier General Aneka Pristafuddin on Thursday.

"Thank God, the Ramadhan Bazaar is supported by a large number of distributors of basic needs and household goods that sell their goods cheaply. Then there are some SMEs (UKM) and the Regional Board of Bhayangkari also sell their superior products," he explained.

The Ramadan Bazaar, he said, is indeed intended to help the residents to get low prices from a number of products they needs.

"We know that in this fasting month people's needs are increasing. Low prices are certainly a dream of mothers who often shop at the market," he added.

He guaranteed that the prices sold were all cheaper because they were directly supported by agents and distributors.

"It went down to Rp10 thousand like cooking oil. I checked it myself from the normal price of Rp28 thousand down to Rp18 thousand. There were also some products sold Rp. 2,000 cheaper per sachet," he said.

Aneka hopes all ranks in the territorial unit can also hold similar activities to help Polri's extended family in the police station and the local community in fulfilling their needs in Ramadhan.
