Good news comes from Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM). The biggest university and the pride of the people of South Kalimantan won accreditation A (very good).

Certainty was obtained after in the Online Higher Education Accreditation System (Sapto) the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT) stated that the ULM won scored 365. Scores of 360 to 400 were only given for accreditation status of A (very good).

In the Sapto.banpt.or.id website, it was also explained that the ULM accreditation rating was set on March 19, 2019. Previously ULM made submissions on September 28, 2018 and was received on October 1, 2018.

The issuance of the status of accreditation has indeed been eagerly awaited by all ULM academics. Previously, the assessment team appointed by BAN-PT conducted a field visit to ULM on February 25, 2019.

The information about the A accreditation was only justified by the Vice Chancellor I for Academic Affairs, Dr. Aminuddin Prahatama Putra, when it was confirmed on Tuesday (3/19) afternoon.

"It is true that ULM has achieved official A accreditation since today," he said.

ULM Chancellor Prof. Dr. H Sutarto Hadi is rumored to be holding an official release to the media in the near future to deliver the good news.
