Initially she just tried it, but when it was lived it felt very interesting for Rizqa Hasinah while participating in the 2018 Antara TV Presenter Contest.
The student of the Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM)'s Social and Political Science Faculty (FISIP) claimed to have felt a new atmosphere in her when she entered the contest.
"I really love this new experience, and I am very grateful to have participated in this very useful activity," she said.
She felt that she had received tremendous benefits and knowledge from this experience of following the Antara TV news presenter competition, which was the first time ever held in the province.
So, the hijab student born in Balangan on December 16, 1997, claimed to be very serious about following it. She was even grateful to be able to win second place for the student level in the final held on December 9, 2018, at the Aria Barito Hotel.
Indeed, Rizqa, who majored in Communication Studies at ULM, acknowledged she has experience of being a radio announcer, but when performing in front of a glass screen, the atmosphere was very different.
"Nearly a year I became a private radio announcer, usually it only voice, but this time we appear on the screen, even if it's just a contest, but feel like a lot of people are watching," said the alumni of the state high school of SMAN 1 Amuntai.
The new experience of reading news on tv became her motivation to be able to become a real presenter like the one on national tv.
"It turned out that it was cool to be a tv presenter, I even imagined if I could later become a presenter like Rossi who is in Kompas TV," she said.
