Banjarbaru, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Banjarbaru City Government won an award from the Ombudsman for high compliance with public service standards in accordance with Law No. 25/2009 concerning public services.


Banjarbaru Mayor Nadjmi Adhani said Wednesday that he received the award of high compliance from Ombudsman Commissioner Alvin Lie in Jakarta on Monday.

"Banjarbaru entered the green zone with the title of high compliance with public services in 2018 with a value of 92.09, so this award was given quite proudly," he said.

He said the assessment by the Indonesian Ombudsman was carried out by survey directly without prior notice to the object being assessed.

"The Ombudsman RI survey team positioned themselves as a community of service users who want to know their rights in public service. It was done in the mid-year," he said.

He said he was proud and grateful thanks to the prayers and support of the community and apparatus who provided public services so that Banjarbaru won the award.

In the future, he is very optimistic to be able to improve the quality of character services in accordance with the vision of the Banjarbaru City Government both at the agency level and services in the sub-districts to the urban villages.
