Banjarbaru, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The Banjarbaru City Government has a special room ready to solve problems related to regional financial management irregularities so that no one is harmed.
Deputy Mayor Darmawan Jaya Setiawan here said that the special room for the Assembly of Judgment for Compensation Claims (MP-TGR) to resolve management problems and financial irregularities was inaugurated on Tuesday (4/12).
"It is hoped that every issue related to regional financial management can be resolved as well as possible and no party will be harmed," he said.
On the other hand, the courtroom, which will support the MP-TGR trial, can reveal whether or not there are violations of the law, especially those allegedly involve the state apparatus (ASN).
"In addition to being able to reveal legal violations, the assembly is also expected to prevent violations from reaching the legal sphere that involving ASN," he pointed out.
"In essence, solve the problem well, not to drag the ASN. The assembly must also be able to provide good guidance and consideration, so that only administrative violations," he said.
The only MP-TGR room in South Kalimantan is located behind the City Hall. The inauguration was witnessed by the Secretary of the City Said Abdullah accompanied by a number of relevant officials.
