Wednesday (21/11), HST held a documents workshop to review RA AMPL (regional water and sanitation action plan) involving relevant agencies, such as the Health Agency, Community Empowerment and Village Government Agency, as well as the drinking water system management group from the receiving village. program.
District Coordinator of Pamsimas HST Region Rosita Agusari said this year is the turn of LAU Sub-District to receive Pamsimas program.
"The Pamsimas program in HST has been implemented in 11 villages in five districts, namely BAT, BAU, Hantakan, Haruyan and LAS. Now in the 2018 phase is in LAU," she said.
According to her, Pamsimas has went for three stages of progress, namely Pamsimas I in 2008-2012, II in 2013-2015, and HST join in Pamsimas III. Previously, Pamsimas was also held in HST in 2017.
"The national program from the center is in the form of Community Direct Assistance (BLM). The community themselves are building facilities with water source from raw water in the village according to their potential," she said.
However, the source of raw water chosen must meet 4K, namely quantity, quality, continuity and affordability.
"In addition to infrastructure development, we also approach the change in clean and healthy life through training and promotion to the community and schools," she added.
In the future, she admitted, there is indeed a target to 100 percent access to drinking water and 100 percent sanitation throughout Indonesia to support the RPJMN (Medium Term Development Plan).
