"I learned a lot of techniques of planting and cultivating it from the internet and we proved it suitable to be planted in HST," said the farmer who is also civil servant in KPU HST, Thursday.
According to him, Amazone nuts is also suitable to be planted as a garden ornament or in the yard, the figure is very interesting, not too high and very diligent to bear fruit.
The fruit is shaped like almonds, green and then turn orange and turn red when ripe.
The taste of the fruit flesh is also sweet and soft and the seeds can be roasted, it tastes like a cashew nut. In terms of nutrition, the benefit of the beans is also very much.
The content of vitamins, fiber, protein, and various other minerals is believed to lower cholesterol, stabilize blood pressure, and prevent cancer.
