Banjarmasin police arrests two night guards as murderers

Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Banjarmasin City Police together with East Banjarmasin Sector Police arrested two night guards (or locally known as wakar) related to the murder at Jalan Veteran.

"Both suspects were arrested in their homes after allegedly as the perpetrators," said Banjarmasin Police Chief Sr Comr (Kombes) Anjar Wicaksana here, Tuesday.

Based on the testimony of the perpetrators, Ju and Rh, Anjar said, they were angry with the victim because he could not be reprimanded for his actions around the scene.

"The victim has often been reprimanded by the suspects, but did not heed, that made the perpetrators angry and committed murder," he told.

For their actions, both suspects are subject to Article 338 of the Criminal Code on premeditated murder with a maximum imprisonment of fifteen years.

Previously, AntaranewsKalsel reported that there had been an attack causing the death of Nooriman (19), a resident of Jalan Pramuka at Housing Complex of Satellite Permai RT 19 No. 45 Block C, East Banjarmasin.

The victim suffered stab wounds in the lower abdomen and middle with intestines out, stab wounds in the right chest, torn wounds on the right thumb, tear in the middle finger of the left and a scratch on the right cheek. He died at the Ulin General Hospital.
