A number of state civil apparatus (ASN) of the Kotabaru District Government received Satyalancana Karya Satya honorary award for their 10, 20, and 30 years of service. 

The Regent of Kotabaru Muhammad Rusli emphasized that the Satyalancana Karya Satya awarding was not just a mere ceremony, but a form of state recognition for their integrity, loyalty, and dedication in carrying out their public service duties.

“This honorary award is an appreciation for the long challanging journey you have undertaken. May it inspire you to continue providing the best service,” said the Regent in Kotabaru, Monday.

He urged all ASN to continuously improve  their competencies, maintain bureaucratic integrity, strengthen cohesiveness, and prioritize public service to the community amidst the development in digital era and the increasing rapid demand of public services.

The decree of the President of Indonesia concerning the awarding of Satyalancana Karya Satya was read by Head of the Kotabaru Employee and Human Resources Development Agency (BPKSDM) Anang Muhammad Zen. 

The awarding ceremony was symbolically carried out by Kotabaru Regent Muhammad Rusli, accompanied by Deputy Regent Syairi Mukhlis and Regional Secretary Eka Saprudin.

30 years of service:
1. Hj. Miraje Olpah, S.Pd.I – SMPN 1 Kotabaru
2. Askaruddin, S.Pd – SMPN 2 Kotabaru

20 years of service:
1. Norwegia Ramon, S.STP., M.Sc – Kotabaru BPKSDM 
2. Fakhrianta, SAP – Kotabaru Regional Secretariat 

10 years of service:
1. Rafi’ah Mahmudah, S.Kep., Ners – Health Office 
2. Putera Agustiawan, S.Kom – Kotabaru BPKSDM 

As a token appreciation for their long service, the Kotabaru government also provided compassion (tali asih) to 10 retired ASN (purna bakti) and one family of deceased ASN (wafat).
