Marabahan, South Kalimantan 8/8 (AntaranewsKalsel) - Regional Secretary of Barito Kuala (Batola), South Kalimantan, Supriyono said the district government in the near future will return central fund of about Rp 31 billion.
"The return is due to the general allocation fund (DAU) of Batola cut by about 2 percent or between Rp16 billion - Rp17 billion plus the excess of the budget channel of 2016 from tax and non-tax revenue sharing of Rp15 billion," Supriyono said in Marabahan on Tuesday.
However, according to him, the exact figure has not been calculated because there has been no confirmation from the central government.
Despite having to return, the former Head of Bappeda stated, in 2017 budget changes (APBD-P) later Batola still leaves a budget that can increase the achievement of each working unit (SKPD) activity programs even if the value is not too large.
In relation to that, he requested, all SKPD scope of Batola start compiling RKA APBD-P Year 2017 from now.
For that, he expects, SKPD really makes the budget for the sake of priority and do not add the official trip.
Official travel is allowed, he explained, only in the origin of priorities with accountability and logical reasons.
The former head of Transportation Agency said, Batola embraced Money Follow Program so that the most priority is given to the consequences should not every part get an additional budget.
