Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan 5/8 (AntaranewsKalsel) - South Kalimantan Regional Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) is exhibiting crafts from the handiwork of Correctional Patronage Citizen (WBP) in South Kalimantan Expo 2017 in Dr. Murjani Field, Banjarbaru.


"We participate in the success of the South Kalimantan Expo 2017 by exhibiting a wide variety of handicraft of inmates from all-South Kalimantan prisons," said the Head of the Regional Office Imam Suyudi in Banjarbaru, Saturday.

The office is present in three booths, B-30s, B-31s and B-32s, which are predominantly red. It provides information on duties and functions of correctional (prisons) and immigration. Amongst are procedures to have passport or Travel Letter of the Republic of Indonesia (SPRI), registration of intellectual property, free legal aid, and information on remission procedures, parole, and leave free.

All these services through electronic-Government, because the entire process is online with the aim of providing convenience, cheap, fast and free of the levy.

"This exhibition is also the momentum of introducing a variety of processed products from prisoners to attract investors to cooperate in the use of human resources in many prisons and detention centers as well as the measures of social development, so they can return to society and not to repeat their actions," said Imam Suyudi.

South Kalimantan Expo 2017 lasts for 5 days starting from 4 to 8 August opened by South Kalimantan Governor Sahbirin together with Minister Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) Asman Abnur and Head of the State Administration Institution (LAN) Dr Adi Suryanto.
