KMP Madani Nusantara ran aground, hundreds of passengers evacuated

Kotabaru, South Kalimantan 15/7 (AntaranewsKalsel) - A passenger ship KMP Madani Nusantara ran aground in waters between Suwangi Island and Tanjung Serdang, Kotabaru.

The vessel departed from the Port of Nusantara Batulicin, Tanah Bumbu District, South Kalimantan, with a destination to Pare-Pare, South Sulawesi

"All passengers were successfully evacuated," said Operational Manager of the Indonesia Ferry,  River, Lake and Sea Crossing Transportation Agency (ASDP) branch of Batuilicin, Marsadik, in Batulicin on Saturday.
