Banjarmasin police caught two Hypermart thieves

Banjarmasin, Kalsel (AntaranewsKalsel) - Crime and violence operation unit (Jatanras ops unit) of Banjarmasin City Police caught two suspected perpetrators of theft in the Hypermart Duta Mall.

"Both of actors caught thanks to the quick report of shopping center manager to the police," said Banjarmasin Police Chief Senior commissioner Anjar Wicaksana Sik through Head Unit Crime Investigation Arief Prasetya Sik here, Friday.

The theft took place on Sunday (9/4). Two camera, Nikon and Samsung Digicam, were vanished causing a loss of Rp7.023.000.

The Jatanras directly conducted initial investigation on the scene (olah TKP) and checked CCTV in the shopping center.

From CCTV finally known face of the perpetrator. After five days of investigation, finally on Wednesday (12/4) the police found the existence of the perpetrators and immediately arrested them both.

From the interrogation, the two actors known as DR (28) and BY (28), both residents of Pematang Panjang, Banjar District.

In addition to arresting the perpetrators, Jatanras Ops Unit also secured evidences, including two digital camera and one motorcycle.
