Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan 12/4 (AntaranewsKalsel) - Head of the Banjarmasin Population and Civil Registration Agency (Disdukcapil) Khairul Saleh declared, about 16 thousand of electronic identity card (e-KTP) have not been printed.

According to him, from about 16 thousand e-ID unprinted, 10 thousand are of recording from 2011 until April 2016. "While the new recording has numbered about 6,000," he said here, Wednesday.

He said the first 10 thousand recorded applicants will be priority to have their e-ID cards printed, when paper material has been obtained.

"The 10 thousand need only to be printed. There is a problem with paper material supply," he said.

According to Khairul, in April the agency will get about 10 thousand print paper material for e-ID from the Interior Ministry. That is just enough for those who had already been recorded in 2011 to April 2016.

"But those started (recording) in August 2016 until now there has been no clarity," he said.

Similarly, Khairul said, for a new application because of a change of address, lose of e-ID card to ask for a change, the agency is not able to do the printing.

"However, we still can provide temporary ID, and this is valid similar to the e-ID card," he said.
