Acting Mayor of Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, Nurliani attended the 2024 Central Government and Regional Government Coordination Meeting with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto.
The Banjarbaru Communication and Informatics Agency on Saturday (Nov 9, 2024), informed that acting mayor attended the national coordination meeting with Banjarbaru Leaders Communication Forum (Forkopimda) at Sentul International Convention Center (SICC), Bogor, West Java, on Thursday (Nov 7, 2024).
As many as 5,360 participants attended the meeting representing the ministries, agencies and institutions, governors, mayors, regents, the General Election Commission (KPU), General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu), Indonesian Statistics (BPS), and heads of integrated one stop services.
Even though she had to walk 1.2 kilometers, Mother Nunung, Nurliani's nickname, was enthusiastic about taking part in the national meeting with Banjarbaru Police Chief AKBP Dody Harza Kusumah and Commander of 1006/Banjar District Military Command Lt. Col. Cav. Zulkifer S.
"Alhamdulillah, together with Banjarbaru Forkopimda we attend the series of work meeting with President Prabowo Subianto," said Nurliani after participating in the activity.
President Prabowo gave his direct direction to regional heads and forkopimda throughout Indonesia at the coordination meeting raising "The Implementation of Asta Cita towards Golden Indonesia 2045" as its theme.

"You could say this is my first opportunity to talk to all decision makers in the Republic of Indonesia," said Prabowo emphasizing the importance of the coordination meeting as a stategic moment.
"We probably rarely do this, where almost the entire decision makers from all levels who determine the direction of the life of the nation and state for the next five years attending," he said.
Home Affairs Minister Tito Karnavian expounded that the aim of the national coordination meeting was to establish coordination and harmonization with regional governments and vertical agencies to support the President's priorities program policy direction for the next five years.
