Military Police Raids Karaoke

Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan 4/2 (AntaranewsKalsel) - Banjarmasin Military Police (Denpom) raided nightclubs and karaoke in the city.

AntaranewsKalsel reported on the field on Saturday, the raid to disciplinize military members, particularly the Army, was made on Friday (3/2) night, around 23:00 until 01:30 o'clock.

The raid was led by the Commander of the Banjarmasin Military Police Detachment Lt. Cpm Parlindungan Marpaung along with Deputy Commander Major Cpm Cepi.

Nightclubs firstly raided were family karaoke such as Color Box and Nav which located at Jalan Hasan Basri, North Banjarmasin.

One by one the karaoke room that contained guests immediately examined, without exception guide track was also examined.

"We are sorry to interrupt your entertainment, we just want to look for members of the military and also examine allegations of drug use," said one of military police to karaoke visitors.

Furthermore, the raid conducted among them in Karaoke Royal Barito, Nasa, and Hokky 89.

While the Grand Karaoke, HBI and The Peak have been closed around 00.30 pm, when they came to these night entertainments.

Until the raid was over, no members of the military, especially the army, found in any karaoke or nightclub.
