He revealed that he did not aspire to work in a mining company. He was obsessed of becoming a fighter pilot, but after failing the Akabri selection, Edo, as he familiarly known, chose not to continue regretting the situation but to focus on the opportunities.

"The most important thing is that we can adapt to unexpected situations and prepare ourselves to face any changes," he pointed out.

In question and answer session, he shared several valuable tips for discovering potential.

First, he said, you have to recognize your weakness. "Don't just focus on academic grades, but consider preparing yourselves for better future,” Edo expounded.

In addition, you need to be involved with various organizations and meet many people with different backgrounds as an arena to learn and develop your self.

Clinical psychologist expert Jainal Ilmi, who was also presented, provided insight and motivation to face future challanges.

“There are two patch you can choose, becoming generalist or specialist. As a young man, try various things to discover your talents," Jainal explained.

It is important to have motivation as fuel, habits that support goals, and a positive environment, said the founder of Catatan Psikologi.

Good habits, he said, involve open mindedness, curiousity, and consistent repeated actions.

The students were also suggested to continue to expand their skills and adapt to existing changes.
