M Jaelani, a member of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, Legislative Council (DPRD) from National Democratic Party (Nasdem), stated he will fight for his constituents' hope of the electoral district (dapil) four.
"I will focus on agriculture and fisheries programs," said M Jaelani here on Tuesday.
He said he will optimize main ideas programs (pokir), which he said many people in his electoral district felt had not been optimal.
The electoral district four include the sub-districts of Kelumpang Selatan, Kelumpang Hulu, Kelumpang Hilir, Kelumpang Tengah, Kelumpang Utara, Kelumpang Barat and Hampang.
The agriculture to be programmed is people's economic agriculture, including oil palm and horticulture food crops.
He will also program fisheries as an effort to increase welfare in this sector.
"Indeed, there are several coastal areas that will be maximized for fish farmers (petambak)," he said.
He hopes by being elected as Kotabaru DPRD member for the period of 2024-2029, he can provide benefits to the wider community in the region.
