Rantau, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - In 1x24 hours finally the two perpetrators of theft and murder that took place on Tuesday 8 November 2016 in the Bataratat village, Lokpaikat Sub-district, Tapin, finally arrested.


Two suspects arrested in Simpang Empat, Tanah Bumbu, by a joint team of mobile detectives (Resmob) South Kalimantan Regional Police, crime and violence (Jatanras) Tapin police, Jatanras Tabalong, and Jatanras Tanah Bumbu.

Head of Tapin Criminal Police AKP Susilo said the two suspects were held at the perpetrator's family home on Wednesday (9/11) at 20:00 pm.

"From the results of investigation and the information, we finally secured the perpetrators in Tanah Bumbu," said Susilo.

Two actors who caused Riza (30), a tire patch, died tragically, namely KF (23), villager of Baramban, Piani Sub-district, and RR (22), villager of Lokpaikat, Sub-districts Lokpaikat.

According to Susilo, the motive of the murder purely to gain victim's property, and the brutal murder was the idea of RR.

"The murder and theft planned by RR," said criminal police head again.

Meanwhile, RR confessed that night (08/11) at 19.30 pm he was with KFL deliberately took the victim to a rubber plantation on the pretext of a girl who was already waiting.

But in the middle of a deserted road, RR stopped and invited the victim for talk to distract the victim.

"When the victim talked with KF, from my side I slashed his neck with a machete," said the convict who had five times in and out of jail for a case motor vehicle theft.

After the victim was lying, directly perpetrators took the victim's property in the form of money, wallet, cell phone, and motorcycle.

When arrested, the two actors in a drunken by drug and resisted, so that the police shot their right feet.

"Both offenders subject to Article 365 and Article 340 of the planned murder criminal with a maximum of the death penalty or life imprisonment or 20 years in prison," said criminal police head.
