Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalimantan) - The City Criminal Investigation Unit Police shot a killer for trying to resist during the arrest.
"The perpetrator resist in the arrest and tried to escape," said Banjarmasin City Police Chief Drs Wahyono MH, Wednesday.
He was arrested in a rented house at Jalan Iman Bonjol, Gang Rahayu RT 10, West Banjarmasin, Wednesday (2/3) at around 04.00 pm.
The sadistic killer, M aka Im (27), working as a driver. He is currently undergoing examination by investigators for further legal proceedings for his actions killed a woman and buried her in the rice fields Basirih, South Banjarmasin.
SEW, the victim, killed on Tuesday (1/3) morning at around 11:00 pm in the rice fields of Handil Palung, Village Basirih, South Banjarmasin, close to the final waste disposal (TPA).
The victim's body was found by residents shortly after the perpetrator with his evil acts binding the victim using a bag rope and buried her in a rice field when the victim unconscious.
"M slew the victim allegedly because of angry against the victim hit his head. Then he killed her," he said when exposed the case in the Criminal Police Unit Banjarmasin.
For his actions, investigators from South Banjarmasin Police charged Im with Article 338 of the Criminal Code of Murder carries a penalty of over 10 years.
