Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - PS Barito Putera held to a draw by visitors, PS Persipura Jayapura, with the score 0-0 in the second round of the 2016 Torabica Soccer Championship (TSC) league, Thursday.
By the draw result, Barito Putera can not get the full score in six games in the second round of the TSC competition.
This is the second draw obtained by Barito Putera. Previously to the PS Bayangkara Surabaya United with the score 1-1.
Barito Putera suffered four defeats, namely from PSM Makassar 1-2, Mitra Kukar 0-1, Pesegres Gresik United 1-2 and Persija 2-3.
Although not able to win at the home games, Barito Putera coach Yunan Hilmi, who started his first debut as head coach, remained grateful.
"This is my first debut, made me a little nervous, because the opponent is a strong team," said the man who replaced Mundari Karya as Barito Putera head coach.
He said he was proud, his fostered players could play well, although they can not score a goal, but can hit their opponent.
He hoped that the results of his team's points earned in this fight be a good start for the next game, because Barito Putera had to get up at the bottom of the standings.
