Pelaihari, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Tanah Laut District, South Kalimantan, successfully won three national majorin compliance with the implementation of Law No. 25/2009 on Public Service based on research by Ombudsman Repulic of Indonesia.


"Based on the results of the compliance study on the implementation of Law No.25 / 2009 on Public Service, Tanah Laut in the top three nationally in 2015," said Chief Ombudsman of South Kalimantan Noorhalis Majid in Pelaihari Tuesday.

According to him, from the results of the study, there are three provinces, three cities and three districts got the compliance of the implementation of Public Service. One of them is the Tanah Laut.

At the national award ceremony for the Public Service compliance Tanah Laut District representatives did not present, so the award was submitted to the Ombudsman of South Kalimantan.

From the assessment to compliance with the public service known offices that have good performance can be better, while the offices still considered less needs to be improved.

Indicator assessment, he explained, in accordance with Law No.25/2009, related to transparency of services, procedures, service flow, clarity of costs, speed in service and others.

He said, the assessment from the Ombudsman is independent and is not known to the agencies concerned and do not come up with a way to tell.
