The Region Head of South Hulu Sungai (HSS) H Achmad Fikry attended saprah amal, a tradition of penggalangan fundraising, for the construction of Al Ettihad Mosque at the HSS Art Building.
Regent H Achmad Fikry said he hoped that the public with the saprah amal would be motivated to help expedite the completion of Al Ettihad Mosque construction.
Chairman of Al-Ettihad Committee TGH. Mochjar Dahri here on Monday (March 7, 2022) said the fund from saprah amal will be used for the smooth construction of the mosque, yang which is estimated at Rp6 billion.
Including for roof and dome of the mosque, which have been agreed with the contractor for Rp970 million. He thanked the volunteers as well as the community who provided assistance.
The mosque on Jalan Malaris, Loksado Village, Loksado Sub-district, has reached over 30 percent of completion.
"Al Ettihad Mosque will be used as a center for Muslim worship activities, especially the Loksado community, as well as tourists traveling in Loksado," he said.

In the future his party looks forother alternative in raising funds.
"Hopefully this Ramadhan Al Ettihad Mosque can be used for worship purposes," he said.
According to the regent, the committee can do a lot ways. Apart form Saprah Amal, infaq or donation can be delivered directly to BAZNAS HSS office on Jalan Kamboja No. 3 RT 04 LK. V, Kandangan Utara Urban Village, Kandangan.
Donors can send their donations by transfer to BAZNAS HSS account 6500848101 (Bank Kalsel Syariah) or o03101000712305 (BRI).
