The Banjar District Government received an award from the state-owned electricity firm PT PLN (Persero) of Banjarmasin Customer Service Unit for cooperation in supporting timely electricity bill playment during 2021.
The award certificate was handed over by Manager of PLN Martapura Customer Service Unit Ruky Sandra Arimurti to Banjar Regent Saidi Mansyur, who was accompanied by Assistant for Government and People's Welfare Masruri at the Mahligai Sultan Adam, Martapura, Wednesday.
Banjar Regent expressed his gratitude to PT PLN (Persero) Banjarmasin and hoped that in the future they both could support to building an advanced, independent, and religious (MANIS) Banjar District.
Assistant for Government and People's Welfare also expressed his gratitude to PT PLN regarding its assistance to garbage bank and story telling village in the form of car for a facility and easiness of operation.
Ruky Sandra Arimurti said the award was presented in addition for being routine and timely in paying electricity bill, it also related to street lighting system tax from PLN.
"The street lighting tax is deposited to the district treasury as local revenue managed by Banjar government and we hope that we can continue to work together to build MANIS Banjar District," he said.
