South Kalimantan Region of the State Intelligence Agency (BINDA) tried to help accelerating vaccination in the South Hulu Sungai (HSS) District in 2022 with a target of one thousand doses.
The vaccination in collaboration of BIN and HSS Health Office which held in two places, namely Tabihi Village, Padang Batung Sub-district, and Kapuh Village, Simpur Sub-district, went smoothly.
HSS Regent Achmad Fikry was also present to monitor accompanied by the Head of BINDA Brig. Gen. Heri Armanto Sutikno.
"This is our effort to succeed the acceleration of vaccination, both at the region and national level. This year BIN has conducted vaccination several times in HSS," said Brig. Gen. Pol Heri Armanto Sutikno through Head of BIN Regional Post of HSS Hartono, Monday (Jan 10, 2022).
At the beginning of 2022, BIN had already held vaccination for five times in HSS, and today Brig. Gen. Heri Armanto Sutikno saw firsthand the implementation of vaccination in the district.

Vaccination is carried out by BIN as a form of support for local government so that herd immunity can be evenly built, to reach wider, and bring vaccination service closer to the community.
Regent H Achmad Fikry said the HSS District Government will continue to boost the acceleration of vaccination, so that the community get overall immunity.
"While waiting for vaccines for children that have not arrived, we continue to push vaccination for public and elderly,” he said.
Head of Tabihi Village Muhammad Jani Lisar said that vaccination from BINDA was the first in his village and was very enthusiastically welcomed by the residents.
From the target of 1,500 residents in Tabihi Village, about 1,200 have received vaccine jab. The remaining 300 people, some have not yet received any vaccine at all, and some have delayed because of health reasons.
