Pelaihari, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Two land use right (HGU) for two companies in Tanah Laut, PT Senta Windu Utama and PT Windo Utama, repealed by National Land Agency (BPN) center.
"The revocation of the concession in 2014, as the two companies were not doing any activities, thus deliberately neglected," said Head of Sub Division of Administration Office of Tanah Laut BPN Gusti Aseri in Pelaihari, Thursday (21/5).
According to him, with the revocation of the concession, the two companies in the field of plantation was no longer has rights over an area of ??hundreds of hectares in the district of Tanah Laut.
"Currently, the two companies' abandoned lands were confiscated by Tanah Laut government. The plan is the ex-HGU land distributed to local farmers," he said.
Ex HGU land which is planned to be distributed to the farmers will be used for agriculture, livestock and other business developments.
"The division of the former concession area is emphasized specifically to the real farmers, not farmers with tie," he explained.
