"Many of members of TNI and workers, such as truck drivers, stopped by to shop while resting. Usually, only residents here stopped by and I earned 200 thousand a day. Now it could reach one million," said Lasmi (32), a trader in Suato Lama Village.
Darsono, a kiosk owner at the TMMD location, shared the same thing. Buyers have increased since the arrival of hundreds of soldiers for the 111th TNI Integrated Village Development (TMMD).
"Alhamdulillah (Thank God) a lot of people shop here," he said.

The activity with the theme "TMMD as a Synergy to Build the Country," in the area with a population of 12,116 people, said the Commander (Dandim) of 1010 Tapin Military Command Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Andi Sinrang is not only to build infrastructure but must be able to give a positive impression to the community.
"Just as the theme brought by the TMMD, we do good things here," he said.
The implementation of TMMD begins on June 15 and ends on July 14, 2021.
