Pelaihari, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Tanah Laut District, South Kalimantan, determined to maintain the region's financial statements “reasonable without exceptions” (WTP).


"To improve the accountability of financial management and maintaining WTP opinion, the government seeks fully in financial statements," said Regent H Bambang Alamsyah on Monday.

According to him, these financial statements based on its compliance with governmental accounting standards, the adequacy of disclosure, compliance with legislation and the effectiveness of internal control systems.

"We thank the BPK Chief Representative of South Kalimantan for evaluation given in the report to the improvement of a qualified opinion (WDP) for the previous years," he explained.

He said it was open to suggestions and recommendations for improvement and improvement of financial management in the future.

"We hope that the local government could still obtain an unqualified opinion (WTP) in examination of the financial statements of fiscal year 2014," he said.
