The City Government of Banjarmasin bestowed three puskesmas (community health centers) with the best performance in 2021.

The Executive Daily Secretary of the City Drs. H. Mukhyar MAP, in the company of Head of Health Office Machli Riyadi and Head of Organization Board Endri MAP, handed over the awards to the winners at the City Hall on Wednesday.

They were Puskesmas S. Parman, Puskesmas Kelayan Timur, and Puskesmas Banjar Indah.

Endri said they received the award for the best service to the public through the Simonik app.

The Simonik is an app that supports the monitoring and evaluation process of public services at government agencies, work units, and regional companies. It is carried out every one year with the Organization Division as the coordinator to provide suggestions for improvements to the quality of public services.

"Simonik app works to evaluate the service performance of (agencies or) work units in the Banjarmasin City Government," he said.

The app was initiated by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform.
