PT Adaro Energy Tbk won three awards at the TOP CSR Awards 2021 held by Top Business Magazine at the Raffles Hotel, Jakarta, Thursday (April 22, 2021).
Adaro won in the category of TOP CSR Awards 2021 on Star 5, and TOP CSR Awards 2021 # Social License to Operate (SLO) Program. Also TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2021 on behalf of the President Director of PT Adaro Energy Tbk Garibaldi Thohir.
The company was bestowed for the consideration of its success in carrying out CSR programs effectively and with quality.
"In the pandemic condition, Adaro is increasingly focused on Adaro Nyalakan Raga (Adaro Turn On Body) or health, Adaro Nyalakan Ilmu (Adaro Turn On Science) or education, and Adaro Nyalakan Sejahtera (Adaro Turn On Prosperity) or economic program," said Adaro's CSR Division Head Okty Damayanti when representing the company receiving the awards.
Out of a total of 800 companies, only 145 received awards, one of which is PT Adaro Energy Tbk.
TOP CSR Award was held to boost the effectiveness and quality of CSR programs of companies in Indonesia. It also became a CSR learning activity and considered to be the biggest and most proud award in Indonesia.
“TOP CSR Awards is the highest and the biggest CSR assessment and awarding in Indonesia to companies that are considered successful in carrying out their CSR program effectively and with quality," said CEO & Editor in Chief of TOP Bussines M Lutfi Handayani, MM, MBA.
On the same day, Adaro also won a gold award in the 2021 Bisnis Indonesia Social Responsibility Award (BISRA) for the category of a public company.
The award was presented by Bisnis Indonesia & Habitat for Humanity Indonesia through vice President Commissioner of Bisnis Indonesia Group Subronto Laras at Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel Jakarta.
