Paringin, South Kalimantan (AntaraNewsKalsel) - National coal company, PT Adaro Indonesia, won seven CSR 2014 awards.
External Relations Division Head of PT Adaro Indonesia, Rizki Dartaman, in Dahai Office, about seven kilometers from Paringin, capital of Balangan, on Monday said the seven awards were presented by the Minister of Social Affairs, Khofifah Indar Parawansa in Jakarta, Friday (28/11) ago.
"The award was presented at the conferment night of Indonesian CSR Award (ICA) in 2014 in Jepara Lounge, Balai Kartini, Jakarta," he said.
Seven awards achieved PT Adaro Indonesia, respectively for the health program (platinum), empowerment (gold), environmental management (gold), education and culture (gold and silver), MSME (silver) and the development of organic fertilizers (silver).
The activity involved dozens of corporations in Indonesia engaged in the field of telematics, services, manufacturing, agriculture and mining.
According to him, 2014 ICA award for PT Adaro Indonesia is not just a recognition of the company's commitment to create community around the mine to be independent and prosperous.
"More than that, the awards in this event gave (PT Adaro) a great impetus to do more for the community around the operational areas of PT Adaro Indonesia," he said.
