Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Deputy Chief of Banjarbaru Police, Commissioner Efrizal said, an international network of drug dealers successfully dismantled.


"One woman carrying 192.85 grams of shabu-shabu is a member of an international drug trafficking network," he told reporters in Banjarbaru on Monday.

Drug Investigation Unit Banjarbaru seized the woman with initials SY (47), Friday (21/11). From the hands of a woman, who came from Medan, North Sumatra, and living in Anjir Pasar, Batola District, South Kalimantan, the officers seized crystal methamphetamine with a net weight of 188.68 grams.

He explained that every drug offenses stemming from Medan is an international network selling illicit goods between cities to provinces in Indonesia.

"The shabu-shabu brought by someone from Jakarta, which is an international narcotics network, then entrusted to the suspect until finally arrested," he said.

According to him, it will continue to develop suspected members of the international narcotics network, so that police can dismantle the network.

Former Chief of Drug Police of Banjarmasin also revealed, Banjarbaru Police also managed to catch a crystal methamphetamine dealer initials HK (61) on Tuesday (18/11).

From the hands of the citizen of Palmerah, East Jakarta, officers seized 405 grams or four ounces of crystal meth in the suspect's house in the village of Pemurus, Banjarmasin.
