Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Head of Banjarmasin Governance Agency Iwan Ristanto promised to clear up the problem of land for the construction of three bridges in the capital of the province of South Kalimantan.

"Insya Allah, land acquisition for the three bridges will be November," he said in Banjarmasin on Saturday.

The three bridges are, Sungai Andai II, in North Banjarmasin, a bridge in the complex of Banjar Indah Permai, and Mantuil Road bridge in South Banjarmasin.

Currently, land acquisition process at the stage of socialization and negotiation. Calculation by independent appraisal teams has been done, what left is the payment of compensation.

"The team has come down to disseminate to the public that the land will be freed," he said.

According to him, the process of land acquisition will be completed quickly if public awareness is very large for a successful development.

As is known, the Banjarmasin Highways Agency (Bina Marga) complained about the difficulty to realize the construction of three bridges that have been budgeted in the 2014 APBD, due to the availability of land that has not been exempt from the public.

Head of Bina Marga Gusti Riduan Sofyan estimates the construction of three bridges feared to fail, if the land not immediately acquired.

Construction of three bridges are budgeted at Rp29.5 billion. Namely Rp8.5 billion for Singai Andai II, Rp6 billion for Banjar Indah Permai bridge, and Rp15 billion for Mantuil bridge.

Three bridges are to parse or reduce traffic stagnation in the capital city of South Kalimantan, let alone every year there are always adding in vehicle amount.
