PT Adaro Indonesia has again poured various assistance for Balangan in combating the highly infectious disease COVID-19, one of which was a ventilator for the Balangan District Hospital.
The regent, who is the chief of Task Force for the Acceleration COVID-19 Handling, said the assistance was a form of attention of the company toward the Balangan district.
He hoped, the equipment provided to help the task force in the fight to break the chain of distribution of COVID-19 in Balangan.
“On behalf of the people and the government of Balangan, I thank Adaro for the assistance of a ventilator device," Ansharuddin said.
He called the people to be more disciplined in implementing health protocol by wearing masks, keeping a distance, and applying a healthy lifestyle.
“Death is God's business, but do not challenge,” he said.

Meanwhile, PT Adaro Indonesia CSR Department Head Leni Marlina said, the assistance was the third the company has provided for the Balangan COVID-19 Task Force.
Previously, Adaro had provided various PPE and one unit of an ambulance for Balangan.
Leni said that Adaro is committed to working hand in hand with the regional government in combating the pandemic. Through the assistance, Adaro hoped to ease the burden of the medical staff on the front line in the fight against the virus.
