Banjarmasin Mayor H Ibnu Sina received Rp1.121.951.632.000 budget execution lists (DIPA) for the year 2020 from South Kalimantan Governor H Sahbirin Noor at the H Idham Chalid Hall, Governor Office, Banjarbaru, Wednesday.
The governor conveyed a message from the President of Indonesia Joko Widodo that all the ministries and local government to immediately realize programs and activities financed by the state budget (APBN).
"It is hoped that the development implementation and disbursement of the 2020 South Kalimantan budget would be a reflection of our mutual desire, that the carrying out of development to run on time and according to the targets. Thus services to the public to run better and the benefits of funding of development to be immediately felt by the people," he remarked.
Meanwhile, the governor reminded all regents and mayors to pay their attention and maintain the effectiveness and accountability of the use of the budget. "Keep improving the financial governance, from planning to accountability, so we can prevent misuse of budget from central, regional, to the village level," he pointed out.
With the submission of the DIPA along with funds transfer to regions (TK) and village funds (DD), and with the strong commitment and support, especially from the district and city government, he called them to make the local (APBD) and state budget (APBN) as instruments to realize justice and people welfare.
