The Regent of Banjar Khalilurrahman handed over the fourth Wahana Tata Nugraha award to the Head of Banjar Transportation Agency Aidil Basith in a join ceremony as well as the commemoration of the 2019 National Transportation Day, Monday (Oct 4, 2019).
Hudreds of state civil apparatus, who attended the ceremony held at the regent's office and led by the District Secretary M Hilman, witnessed the event.
Wahana Tata Nugraha is awarded by the central government to cities who have managed their public transportation well. This award is given every year.
The assessment covers the aspect of structuring sustainable transportation, based on public interests, and environmentally friendly, with the categories of metropolitan cities, big cities, medium cities and small cities.

Banjar Secretary M Hilman appreciated this achievement of WTN for the fourth times and said that the values in the world of transportation must be obeyed by every agent of transportation.
"Safe in transportation, ready to be an example of transportation behavior, be a pioneer of excellent HR who understand the important of education to the public," he said in his message.

Head of Transportation Agency Aidil Basith was grateful for the success has been achieved. "We are very grateful for the support and assistance of residents as well as SKPDs (government working units) who help to win the proud fourth WTN for the region," Basith pointed out.
In addition to handed over WTN award, the regent submitted the trophy of the 2019 Traffic Safety Pioneer for South Kalimantan level, the award certificate for the best participant (teacher) 1st grade elementary school (SD) technical guidance, integrating maritime contents in learning unit of basic education SD and SMP (junior high school),

Then the Best Trophy in the field of Saving Energy, Second Champion cup for the Best Women's News Reader from the LPPL Association of Indonesian Television Radios to the broadcaster Radio Suara Banjar and Syailendra Trophy "Primary Category" Youth Friendly District 2019 to the Banjar Youth and Sports Agency.
