Binuang Congested By Pemudik

Tapin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - The provincial highway in Binuang, Tapin district, toward Banjarmasin stalled several kilometers because of backflow of homecoming (pemudik) of Idul Fitri.

Hundreds of two-and four-wheeled vehicles congested the provincial roads, while the reverse flowed smoothly.

"We had a total gridlocked in Binuang," said Fatmawati, one of travelers from North Hulu Sungai.

Congestion also occured in a packed city of Pleihari backflow and community of travelers returning from beach of Batakan and Takisung.
