Chairman of the Parliament of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Abdul Ghais supported the City Government  to stop building front porch hotel "Best Westen" that deviated from the building permit (IMB).

"Terrace hotel is juts too far forward, too close the stream, so different from the other buildings, because it does not fit the rules," said Abdul Ghais told reporters in Banjarmasin, Monday.

If the front of the municipal government to stop building hotels Best Westen, very good indeed, because there are many slanted news neighbor buildings in protocol roads and invited many pros and cons, he said.

According to the officer's Democratic Banjarmasin,  regarding regulation  to ban building overhanging the river it was time to be assertive for municipal government to control development that is already breaking the rules.

Because if allowed it  would be a bad precedent for the future, and also not good because the building is finished in contrast to the right and left the building.
