The South Kalimantan Regional Police's Health and Medical Dept (Bid Dokkes) conducted a urine test on the Lebaran 2019 mudik drivers in Banjarmasin on Thursday.


The target of the test was 15 drivers who joined the program "Bulik Kampung wan Paman Birin" (Homecoming with Uncle Birin) which was carried out by the South Kalimantan Governor H Sahbirin Noor with the departure at Siring Nol Kilometer Banjarmasin.

Head of the Bid-Dokkes Sr Comr Erwinn Zainul Hakim said, from the results of the urine examination all drivers were declared free of drugs.

"If amphetamines or commonly known as ecstasy will last 1-3 days in the urine. While metaphetamine or sabu-sabu lasts 3-6 days. Our officers also check whether there is alcohol or other illegal drugs," he said.

Checking the driver's urine will continue during the Idul Fitri homecoming targeting the Inter-City Inter-Provincial transport (AKAP) driver at the terminals.

Bid Dokkes also holds a free health treatment in collaboration with PT Jasa Raharja.Firman
