Pelaihari, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Tanah Laut Regent H Sukamta attended the 104th closure of TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD), carried out by the district military Kodim 1009 Pelaihari, at Martadah Baru Village Soccer Field, Tambang Ulang Sub-district, Wednesday (27/3).
The 1009 Pelaihari District Military Commander Lt. Col. Inf Bagus Budi Adrianto said, TMMD activities in Martadah Baru Village had been completed one hundred percent, both physical and non-physical activities.
"For physical activities, such as agricultural road infrasructure, waterways, mosque repairs, and homes renovation, 100 percent have been completed," he said.
While non-physical activities, such as family planning, health and population services, he said, have also been completed one hundred percent.
Meanwhile, Expert Staff of the Commander of the Regional VI Mulawarman Military Command for Ideology Division Col. Inf. Joao Xavier Barreto Nunes said the 104th TMMD is currently being carried out in 50 regencies throughout Indonesia.
"The main goal of TMMD is to help accelerate development in the region to achieve people's welfare," he said.
Colonel Inf. Joao Xavier Barreto Nunes greatly appreciated and thanked the District Government of Tanah Laut for helping TMMD activities.
Tanah Laut Regent H Sukamta said that he would continue the development that had been carried out from the TMMD activities. "TMMD activities are limited, so in the future we continue with other developments," he said.
