Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - South Kalimantan Police Chief Brig. Gen. Rachmat Mulyana said the legal process for TNI personnel allegedly involved in Bank Mandiri money robbery was handed over to the Military Police Detachment (Denpom) VI/2 Banjarmasin.
"Because it is not our domain, so it has been fully submitted to Denpom through the Provincial Military Command (Korem)," Rachmat said in Banjarmasin on Monday.
He also claimed to have coordinated with the Military Commander VI/ Mulawarman after knowing the alleged involvement of TNI soldiers.
"The TNI has a separate military court, so especially for the actor will be dealt with them and the perpetrator are now detained in Denpom," said the one-star general.
The case of Bank Mandiri's Rp10 billion robbery that occurred on Thursday (4/1), was later known not only involved Brig J and his friend YS alias Jawa but also involved a TNI member named Second Corporal A.
The man was allegedly involved in the plan and the robbery action carried out by Brig J and YS.
In fact, some of the money from the robbery is kept in the house of A brother in Astambul, Banjar District.
As it is known, the joint team of South Kalimantan Police who revealed the robbery case managed to find money worth Rp5, 2 billion in a house in Astambul, Friday (5/1) night. Then on Saturday (6/1) afternoon found again Rp360.000.000 in the same location.
