Kotabaru, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Abdul Kadir and M Lutfi Ali, members of Commission III of the Kotabaru DPRD, held a study visit to the Samarinda City Education and Culture Office in East Kalimantan.
With the local officials, they discussed the strengthening of educational potentials, as well as development of student talent and creativity in both academic and nonacademic.
"This includes efforts to improve the potential, achievement, and capabilites of students in both academic and non-academic," said Abdul Kadir in Kotabaru, Wednesday.

They explored information, exchange information and experiences in student talent and creativity development programs that are possible to be applied in Kotabaru.
"This is expected to be input to support improving the quality of education in Kotabaru," he said.
In line with Abdul Kadir, M Lutfi Ali highlighted that the potential for educational improvement in Samarinda could serve as a model for educational implementation in Kotabaru, focusing on equitable access, improving the quality of human resouces, and inclusive education.

"This exploration, which focus on developing student talent and creativity, covers the basic cocept of self-potential, creative thingking indicator, and coaching strategies at school and home," said M lutfi
He hopes the exchange of nformation and exploration of educational potential between the two regions will serve as valuable input and guidelines for the basic concepts of aptitude and creativity so as to improve education, especially in the Kotabaru Regency.
